    You will receive a confirmation by email that we have accepted the order from the carrier, followed by a proof of payment for the services upon completion.

    CHOOSE YOUR CARRIER

    You can send the goods to our address using any carrier of your choice.

    For example: PPL, Zásilkovna, DPD, GLS, Czech Post, Toptrans, Liftago, Messenger...
    We do not accept delivery points for receiving goods; please send them to our address.

    If you choose delivery by courier, please ensure that delivery is scheduled to arrive at our address during our business hours.

    Shipping is possible from any country in the world.

    Important information

    Wrap the goods securely in paper or bubble wrap, place in a reasonably sized sturdy box and seal securely with adhesive tape. Please follow our instructions for the safety of your items:

    • Please do not send branded dust bags or branded boxes.
    • If only one shoe of a pair seems to need repair, please send both shoes.
    • For bags, check that all pockets are completely empty.
    • Make sure that light-coloured items (especially fabric, painted or suede) do not touch anything of a darker colour.
    • Do not include any contact details or other information in the package; you have already provided all this information electronically by filling out the form. If you send us a package without filling out the electronic form, we will not accept it.
    • When your goods arrive at our studio, we will send you a confirmation of receipt so that you know that they have arrived safely. The confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided in the form.
    • If you have not received confirmation within 5 days of sending your shipment, please contact us immediately.
    • The contents of the shipment will then undergo a physical assessment process, where we will reconcile what you have requested with what we believe is necessary. You can accept, inquire about, or reject any part of the offer in the email.
    • Atelier Vito Visentini is not responsible for any items and/or retail products damaged or lost during shipping.
    • When sending items to us, please take out the necessary insurance for any valuable items of high value that you have decided to send to us – this may incur additional costs.
    • If you received a damaged order upon return delivery, please contact the shipping company and file a complaint. Before filing a complaint, please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods.
    • All shipments sent back to you are insured by us.
    • The client pays for the transport of goods to us and back. Transport back to you is included in the final invoice. Price according to the price list of the selected courier service.
    • All services provided by us must be paid for before shipment so that the shipment can be sent.
    • Payment is made to our bank account. We will send you the receipt to your email address.
    • The delivery time back to you may vary for each order. It depends on several factors: the number of items sent, the complexity of the work, or the current workload of the studio.
    • Delivery time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks.
    • You can contact us at any time for an approximate date of completion of your order.
    • You also need to take into account the delivery time back to you, which depends on each courier service. On average, it takes 1-2 business days. It may take longer for international deliveries.

    In our workshop, we pride ourselves on honesty and respect for original products. For this reason, we do not provide any services for counterfeit or inauthentic goods. Every piece that passes through our hands must be original — it deserves the best care we can offer. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, which protects not only our work but also the value of the luxury brands we serve.

    If you send us a counterfeit item, whether knowingly or unknowingly, you will be charged a fee of CZK 300 for verification of authenticity and CZK 150 for return shipping costs. By creating and sending an order, you agree to these terms.

    Virtual consultation

    We provide free virtual consultations with our cleaning and repair specialists. You no longer have to worry about sending something to us that can't be fixed. We will save you time and shipping costs.

    Via video chat or with photos you will show us everything you wish to send to us. We will study everything carefully and give you a quotation straight away.
