Our authentication service works using hybrid authentication. It combines the accuracy of artificial intelligence with human expertise to verify the authenticity of your goods. Initially, after ordering and paying, you send us photos of the item, which our artificial intelligence compares against a large database of items and their characteristics. Our experts then carefully examine the photos and use their in-depth knowledge to confirm or deny authenticity. If further details are required, we will contact you immediately to ensure the most accurate result as quickly as possible.

For the most accurate and fastest authentication, we recommend uploading photos of the visible areas in the best possible light. We will quickly determine if the uploaded photo meets our criteria. If your photos do not meet the criteria, you will receive a request for additional and/or clearer photos.

We offer a range of verification response times to suit your needs, including 24 hours or 30 minutes. Response time is calculated from the time you send your photos, not from the time you create your order.

Yes, we also verify originality personally in our studio in Prague. Contact us and we will arrange a meeting together. The duration of the personal visit can be from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the complexity. Upon completion of the verification, you will also receive a certificate of originality or non-originality and, in the case of confirmation of originality, an originality tag.

Prices are the same as for virtual authentication within 2 hours.

What does the written statement contain?

If it's a fake:

• Obdržíte seznam konkrétních znaků, které nesedí s originálními standardy dané značky (např. nesoulad v sériovém čísle, typografii, materiálu, kování apod.)

The service of authenticity verification (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") consists of a professional assessment of the physical features of a given product (e.g. handbag, shoe or accessory) in order to determine whether it conforms to the known standards of the original products of a given brand. The assessment is made on the basis of the expertise, experience and information available at the date of the verification.

2. THE NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Zákazník bere na vědomí, že výsledek ověření je odborným názorem poskytovatele služby, nikoliv oficiálním prohlášením výrobce ani právně závazným znaleckým posudkem. Výsledek má informatívní charakter and slouží jako podpora při rozhodování zákazníka. Nelze jej považovat za stoprocentní garanci originality nebo padělku.

3. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

The service provider makes every effort to achieve accuracy and quality of the assessment, however:
- does not guarantee absolute 100% accuracy of the conclusion and
- shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damagesthat the customer may incur as a result of the verification conclusion (e.g. loss of product value, inability to sell, loss of reputation, loss of profit, etc.).

The Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees to use this service on your own responsibility.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximální výše odpovědnosti poskytovatele služby vůči zákazníkovi je omezena na částku uhrazenou za konkrétní ověření originality, a to bez ohledu na charakter nároku (např. náhrada škody, újma na pověsti, reklamace, žaloba apod.).

5. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By ordering and paying for the service, the customer confirms that he/she has read these terms and conditions, understands them and agrees to them in full.

Complaints and returns

ORDER DELAYED OR INCOMPLETE DUE TO LIMITED NUMBER OF PHOTOS

If an order has been incomplete or cancelled due to a limited number of photos or our team's inability to verify the authenticity of the item, the money will be credited back to your account.

ERROR IN THE AUTHENTICATION RESULT

Plné vrácení peněz zpět na původní platební metodu po dokončení dodávky služby může být provedeno v případě, že se výsledek ověřování ukázal jako chybný, což znamená, že minimálně 2 další ověřovací instituce 3. stran ověřily stejnou položku a všechny uvedly opačný výsledek než Atelier Vito Visentini (např. Atelier Vito Visentini považoval položku za padělek a 2 další ověřovací instituce 3. stran ji považovaly za originál). Například firmy LegitGrail, Legit Check By Ch, Entrupy. V takovém případě požadujeme, abyste předložili doklad o kontrole pravosti provedené na stejné položce, přičemž ostatní společnosti uvedly opačné výsledky.

REFUND POLICY

If it is proven that we were wrong with the result, we will refund the full amount of the service back to your bank account.

If we have already produced a result based on your "Verification of Originality" order and sent you a statement and certificate by email, you can no longer return the service and lose your right to a refund as the goods/service have already been delivered in full. You are therefore only entitled to a refund in the event of a verification error.

Have you received counterfeit goods or are you unsure of the authenticity? We are here for you!

On Vinted, we strongly recommend everyone to pay for goods through the Vinted platform (their payment gateway) and take advantage of the two-day "Buyer Protection", where you can return the goods back to the seller within this period for any reason.
